Just because they’re fun to wear, doesn’t necessarily mean flip-flops are good for you. Most of them lack any support to stabilize your foot. So they will cause pain if you’re walking a lot. Plastic flip-flops are more likely to cause blisters which can get infected. Also, try to keep them dry after you swim. Some people even wear them in the water. Then, they wear them all day and don’t dry them out. Mold starts growing and your foot is susceptible to fungus and mold infections.
